Bring a big pot of water. Salt it. Carefully drop the pierogi into the boiling water. Pierogi with meat you should boil for about 5-6 minutes. Vegetable and other light fillings will be ready in 3-4 minutes. Once they float, they’re ready!
Use a slotted spoon to remove pierogi from water and place them to a serving dish. Enjoy hot pierogi with your favorite souses, such as sour cream, sautéed onions, or butter and herbs.
